Itinerary

Day 1Arrive Jaipur

Your Heritage journey begins in the pink city Jaipur. On arrival at airport  you will be assisted  by  our representative and escorted to the Haveli style hotel. Get some relaxation in the hotel. After it visit Amber Fort, structures like diwan-e-khaas and diwan-e-aam. Later visit Sheesh Mahal known as Palace of Mirrors. Evening enjoy elephant ride in Amber. Later enroute sightseeing  of Jal Mahal then visit Bapu Bazaar for local handicrafts shopping. Later have sips of famous lassi of  Lassiwala on MI Road. Have dinner on your own and return back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jaigarh Fort Sightseeing

Post breakfast depart to Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jaigarh Fort and Albert Hall Museum. Post lunch visit artisan quarters to observe block printing, gem cutting or blue pottery making. Later evening Enroute click some your photos in front  of Patrika Gate and Toran Dwar. Later continue drive towards Choki Dhani which is a luxury heritage resort with Rajasthani village culture. Enjoy handicrafts items, paintings and folk dances there. Later enoy your Rajasthani style thali meal. Late night return back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3Jaipur - Nawalgarh - Mandawa 175 kms 4 hours drive approx

After having  breakfast drive to the Shekhawati region, known as the “open-air art gallery of Rajasthan.” Arrive in Nawalgarh and visit Sheesh Mahal “palace  of mirrors”. Later continue  drives to Mandawa famous for its elaborately frescoed havelis visit  them. Later Check in at a heritage property like Castle Mandawa or Vivaana Culture Hotel. In the evening, stroll through narrow lanes filled with murals depicting royal stories, folklore and mythology. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4Mandawa - Bikaner 195 kms 3 hours drive approx

After having breakfast depart To Bikaner city which surrounded by Thar desert. Visit Junagarh Fort, its magnificent structure around which the city of Bikaner grew up. The fort was initially called Chintamani and later renamed the Junagarh or Old fort in the 20th century. The foundations of the Junagarh fort was built in 1478 by Rao Bika. Rmpuriya Haveli  is a cluster of grand mansions built by the affluent Rampuria merchant family during the 19th century. Constructed from red Dulmera sandstone, these havelis are renowned for their intricate carvings, ornate jharokhas (overhanging enclosed balconies) and elaborate facades that blend Rajput, Mughal and Victorian architectural styles. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 5Karni Mata Temple visit - Jaisalmer 335 kms 6 hours drive approx

Post breakfast check out from the hotel and visit  Karni Mata Temple also popularly known as the Nari Mata Temple or ‘Rat Temple’, is a 600-year-old temple located around 30 km from Bikaner in a small town of Deshnoke in Rajasthan. What is unique about this temple is the fact that 25,000 black rats live and are worshipped in the temple. Infact the food that is eaten by them is considered to be holy and is later served as ‘prasad’ to the bhakts ( vistors ). Later continue drive towards Jaisalmer. Later evening arrive in Jaisalmer and checked in to the hotel and overnight stay. 

Day 6Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing

Post breakfast visit  Jaisalmer Fort. It is a hill fort with houses, temples, shops and restaurants. More than three thousand people live within the fort walls. It offers a stunning and panoramic view of Jaisalmer city draped in golden yellow. Also known as Sonar Quila. After that visit Gadisar Lake which built in the 14th century, it was once the source of drinking water for the entire town of Jaisalmer. Now it has developed as a tourist spot with many temples and shrines surrounding the lake. Gadisar Lake offers scenic and picturesque views of the lake and the adjacent fort. After that dipped in an enchanting shade of yellow, Patwon ki Haveli grabs the attention of every visitor. It is a cluster of 5 Haveli which was believed to be built by Patwa, a wealthy trader who constructed the stories for each of his 5 sons. Later visit  Jaisalmer War Museum, also known as Laungewala War Memorial is established in the military station designed with the view of honouring the war heroes. It embraces the bravery and sacrifices of the Indian Army. The museum popularly known as JWM.

Later escorted to Sam Sand Dunes for camel cart safari and camping while doing the star gazing. The best time to visit these dunes is either sunset (around 4-7 pm) or sunrise (4-6 am). In evening enjoy kalbelia dance with folk music and cultural programe. 

We will provide if any ones wants private candle light dinner setup on the sand dunes ( optional ) 

Day 7Jaisalmer - Jodhpur 270 kms approx 6 hours drive

After having breakfast depart to Jodhpur. Afternoon arrive at  Jodhpur check in to the hotel and relax. Evening visit Umaid Bhawan Palace. Umaid Bhawan Palace is also a major tourist attraction in Jodhpur. Apart from being a heritage hotel it is a museum and the residence of the Royal Family of the present owner Raja Gaj Singh. Because of its location on the highest point in Jodhpur the Chittar Hill it is also referred to as the Chittar Palace. Evening return to hotel and overnight  stay. 

Day 8Local Jodhpur Sightseeing

After having breakfast visit Mehrangarh Fort. It is also known as Mehran Fort was built by Rao Jodha in 1459 in Jodhpur. It is one of the largest forts in the country. It is situated at the top of a 410 feet elevated hill and guarded by massive walls. One of the most easily recognisable forts in Jodhpur, it has appeared in many Hollywood and Bollywood productions such as The Lion King and The Dark Knight Rises. After that visit Jaswant Tada. Jaswant Tada is a royal cenotaph built in white marble. It has a small pond and a pretty garden next to it. This structure is just a few minutes downhill walk from the main fort so there is no need to take a ride. Also called “Taj Mahal of Marwar”, it was built in the honour and memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and is still used by the Marwar Royal Family as cremation grounds. Later visit Toorji Ka Jhalra which constructed in 1740. Toorji Ka Jhalra commonly called stepwell of Jodhpur. It is an intricate design of stepwell, one of the few remaining structures depicting the traditional water management systems of Jodhpur. This architectural wonder was built by the queen-consort of Maharaja Abhaya Singh, a sign of the age-old tradition of the region where royal women were in charge of overseeing the public water works. Later we will visit Bishnoi Village. The Bishnoi Village tour comprises four villages where one can absorb and witness the authentic traditions and lifestyles of rural Rajasthan, a continuing tribute to the original way of life present in Marwar. As Bishnois are staunch protectors of the environment, many animals and birds are seen naturally coexisting in and around the areas of the villages. Later evening  visit  Sardar Market  for shopping. This is the most famous shopping zone of Jodhpur and attracts customers from all parts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India and the world.

Day 9Jodhpur - Kumbhalgarh 180 kms 4 hours drive approx

Post breakfast depart to Kumbalgarh. Later afternoon check in to the hotel and relax. Post  afternoon visit Kumbhalgarh Fort. It is a Mewar fortification on the westerly range of Aravalli Hills in the Rajsamand District of Rajasthan in western India. It is known and popular as a World Heritage Site included in Hill Forts of Rajasthan. Constructed and expanded in the course of the 15-19th century by Rana Kumbha, Kumbhalgarh is also the birthplace of Maharana Pratap, the great king and warrior of Mewar. Occupied until the late 19th century, the fort is now open to the public and is spectacularly lit for a few minutes each evening. It is the most important fortress in Mewar after Chittorgarh. Later evening return back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 10Must Do Kumbhalgarh Safari - Nathdwara Shiv Temple visit - Ek Lingji Temple - Udaipur 110 kms approx

Today get up early in the morning  and do Kumbhalgarh wildlife Safari. Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary surrounds the majestic Kumbhalgarh Fort and stretches across the Aravalli hills. Spanning over 600 sq km, the sanctuary is home to rich flora and fauna, including Indian wolves, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, nilgai, chinkara, jungle cats and more than 200 species of birds. Jeep safaris are a popular way to explore the rugged terrain and treks or horseback rides offer more immersive experiences. The sanctuary is especially lush and scenic during and after the monsoon and its location near the fort makes it a perfect blend of wildlife adventure and historical exploration. It’s a must-visit for nature lovers and photographers looking for an offbeat experience in Rajasthan. After visit return  back to the hotel and fresh n up and have breakfast followed by  check out. And depart to visit Statue of Belief ( Lord Shiva statue ) The Statue of Belief is an awe-inspiring 369 feet tall art of Lord Shiva. It is one of the largest Shiva statues in the world and among the five largest statues worldwide. After that visit Ek Ling Ji temple. It is situated in the Eklingji town in close propinquity to the Eklingji Lake. It was constructed in honour of the main idol of the Sesodia Dynasty, Eklingji which is a form of Lord Shiva. Later evening Depart to Udaipur check in hotel and overnight stay at Udaipur. 

Day 11Udaipur Local Sightseeing

Post breakfast visit City Palace. It is Rajasthan’s largest palace built along the banks of Lake Pichola. The main part of the palace is open as City Palace Museum with extravagant architecture comprising of ornate halls, royal courtyard, central garden and Zenana Mahal among others. Post that visit Jagmandir Palace (The Lake Garden Palace) It is a glorious palace located on the southern island of Lake Pichola. The palace is three-storied and the structure is made out of marble and yellow sandstone. It would be a delight to see eight life-sized elephants carved out of pure white marble that seems to guard the palace. After that visit Bagore Ki Haveli. It is situated in the Gangaur Ghat Marg along Lake Pichola. It was built in the 18th century by Amar Chand Badwa the Prime Minister of Mewar. The haveli houses more than 100 rooms with elaborate exhibits and mirror work. It also houses a museum. Then visit Jagdisg temple. After have your lunch at Fatehsagar Chaupati. Then visit Ambrai Ghat which located on the banks of Lake Pichola. It is a serene and picturesque spot offering stunning views of the City Palace, Jag Mandir, and Lake Palace. Known for its peaceful ambiance and enjoy photography. After that do boating in Lake Pichola. Later evening visit Sajjangarh Palace. It is  also known as Monsoon Palace. Sajjangarh Palace is located at Bansdara Mountain on the outskirts of Udaipur. It was built by Maharana Sajjan Singh as an astronomical observatory. Now it serves as one of the best places to view the Udaipur skyline and panoramic city view, particularly at sunset. Evening return back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 12Udaipur - Chittorgarh 120 kms 3 hours approx drive

After having breakfast check out from the hotel and head towards to Chittorgarh  Fort. Being one of the largest forts in India Chittorgarh fort is a world heritage site. The fort was previously the capital of Mewar and is now situated in Chittorgarh. It is one of the most historically important forts in the entire north India and it reverberates with tales of heroism and sacrifice. It also displays the Rajput culture and values in true sense. Then visit Padmini palace. It is the palace where Rani Padmini lived after she married Rawal Ratan Singh, the ruler of Mewar Kingdom. The palace is a historical monument related to the self-sacrifice of Rani Padmini after Chittorgarh was attacked by the Sultan of Delhi Alauddin Khilji. After that visit Vijay Stambh. This monument is also known as the Victory Tower since it was built to mark the triumph of Chittorgarh over Mahmud Khilji in 1440. After that visit Rana Kumbha’s Palace where Rana Kumbha lived and spent his royal life. Its charming and artistic architecture makes it a must visit for tourists visiting Chittorgarh. Evening check in to the hotel and over night  stay at the hotel. 

Day 13Chittorgarh - Ajmer - Pushkar - Jaipur 340 kms approx

After having breakfast check out from the hotel and depart to Ajmer. Visit Akbar’s palace which constructed in 1570AD is the place where he and his troops stayed in at Ajmer whenever he visited the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. It is well known for the museum which portrays the age-old military weapons and exquisite sculptures, paintings and other artefacts of the Mughal era. The museum showcases various aspects of the Rajput and Mughal style of living and fighting. The large black marble statue of Goddess Kali situated in the palace is quite famous. Later visit Ana  Sagar lake. Ana Sagar is an artificial lake constructed in the 12th century AD by Anaji Chauhan, grandfather of the last independent Hindu king Prithvi Raj Chauhan. Spread over 13km, this lake features marble pavilions and gardens and is best visited during the sunsets when the views are extraordinarily marvellous. An island can be spotted in the centre of the lake. Tourists love to indulge in boating or water scooter rides here. After that visit Pushkar lake. Pushkar lake perched amidst the Aravalli ranges, Surrounded by 52 bathing ghats ( a flight of steps leading to the water) and over 500 temples, it is regarded as the sacred lake for the Hindus in India where pilgrims throng in large numbers to take a holy bath. According to Hindu theology, there are five sacred lakes collectively called Panch-Sarovar namely- Mansarovar, Bindu Sarovar, Narayan Sarovar, Pampa Sarovar and Pushkar Sarovar. Amongst these, Pushkar Sarovar or Lake is the most significant. It is believed that the lake was formed where petals of Lord Brahma’s lotus fell when he was destroying Vajra Nabha. Later head towards Brahma Temple. Jagatpita Brahma Mandir or the Brahma Temple is the most famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Brahma who is considered the creator of the universe. Being the only temple dedicated to Brahma in India, it attracts lakhs of pilgrims every year. The small town of Pushkar seems holy because of the presence of Brahma Temple. It also finds its mention in the prominent ten religious places of the world and the five sacred pilgrimages for Hindus in India. After that depart to Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Post breakfast check out from the hotel and transferred to the airport to board your flight.
