Itinerary

Day 1 ARRIVAL SIEM REAP

Upon arrival Siem Reap airport, our guide and driver will transfer you to hotel for
check in. Rest of the day free on your own leisure.

Day 2

After breakfast at hotel, we go out to visit the
antique capital of Angkor Thom (12
century): The South Gate with its huge
statues depicting the churning of the ocean
of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54
towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces
of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the
Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace
and the Terrace of the Leper King.
Continue visit at Ta Prohm Temple, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. The
temple of Ta Prohm was once used as a location in the famous Hollywood film Tomb
Raider.
Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous
for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in
the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu
mythology.

Day 3 SIEM REAP CITY TOUR

After breakfast at hotel, we excursion to visit the floating village of Chong Khneas,
located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on
the Tonle Sap Lake, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows
into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen’s
“floating village” with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big
village floating on the lake, and the “village” move from place to place following water
levels and current.
Afternoon visit, Satcha Handicraft Center is the first Cambodian handicraft center
that incubates local artisans, mixing traditional knowledge with contemporary design
to showcase Cambodian’ talents to local and international visitors and to transmit these
know-how over time while having a sustainable social, economic, and environmental
impact. Then drive around the city or stop by at Old Market, a lively outdoor market
where you will find antiquities, silver and gold jewelry, gems, silk, kramas, stone and
wood carvings, as well as T-Shirts, CDs and other souvenirs.

Day 4SIEM REAP – FLY TO HOCHIMINH

Breakfast at hotel, free leisure on own arrangement until time transfer to airport for
flight onwards to Ho Chi Minh city! Upon arrival, met by our tour guide and driver and
transfer to hotel for check in. Free at your leisure time to relax.

Day 5HCMC – CU CHI TUNNELS – CITY TOUR

Today you will do short excursion to the CuChi Tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200 km of underground tunnels,connecting to underground hideouts, shelters,and entrances to other tunnels including innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens. Today, the remaining
tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience
and a feel of what underground life was like during the U.S.-Vietnam War. You will be
able to discover the tunnel systems and learn about this part of Vietnam’s past. Back to
city for late lunch. Then you will take a half-day city tour to visit Jade Emperor Pagoda U.S. Spanning 2,000 square meters, the Jade Emperor Pagoda reflects the Chinese culture in the early
of 20th century through its architectural designs and a reddish color.President Barack
Obama visited a century-old pagoda as his first destination after arriving in HCMC.
Conitnue to visit outside of Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (is renovating until 2022),
a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported
from Marseilles, Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in
the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. 

Day 6HCMC – MEKONG DELTA – MY THO

Breakfast at hotel and then start the trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising around four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking in the village paths to contemplate orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and Vietnamese folk music performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Be rowed in a small sampan through the Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business & bee-keeping farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Break time. The afternoon is time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meeting the local people to experience their daily life in the Mekong delta. Relaxing on hammocks to enjoy the cool breeze is for those do not want to join the cycling trip. Back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 7 HCMC – FLY TO DANANG

After breakfast at hotel, we will pick you up and transfer to the airport to board your
flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be met by our tour guide and driver and transfer
to hotel for check in. Free at your leisure time to relax.

Day 8DANANG – BANA HILLS & GOLDEN BRIDGE

Drive 45 minutes from Danang to Ba Na Hill. In the old-growth forest, there are 543 species of flora and 256 species of fauna including many rare animals such as: Crested Argus, Asian Black Bear, northern buffed-cheeked gibbon. Located at an elevation of 1,487 meters, the temperature of this place is mostly cool year-round. Arrive at Ba Na Hills Station where you have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars. Get a bird’s-eye view of nature which is strikingly beautiful, while enjoying a feeling of flying in the blue sky among the clouds and wind. Next, visit some old French villas as well as a suspension bridge, Nui Chua and the Mountain Peak. Experience the feeling of walking in the clouds when you walk on the Golden Bridge which is supported by giant hands at a height of over 1,400m above sea level. After your lunch at a local restaurant with a great view, continue to explore Vong Nguyet villa and Linh Ung
Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha’s monument. Late afternoon transfer back to hotel.

Day 9 DANANG – MARBLE MOUNTAINS - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN

Breakfast at hotel. Today you will do a short excursion to Hoi An. On the way, you will visit the famous Marble Mountains – a group of five limestone peaks situated seven kilometres from downtown Da Nang. The five karsts (called Ngu Hanh Son in Vietnamese) are named after the five elements: Kim (metal), Thuỷ (water), Mộc (wood), Hoả (fire) and Thổ (earth). Over centuries, Marble Mountains has held special significance for the people of Central Vietnam.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a walking tour in Hoi An Ancient Town which was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by Unesco in 1999. It is a living museum of world-wide construction designs and urban lifestyle. From the 15th till the 20th century, Hoi An was an exclusive trading port between European and Asian businessmen. This is where Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese traders have left their own vestiges via diverse architecture patterns. To this day, Ancient Town Hoi An Vietnam
remains notably well-preserved, almost in its original state, retaining its pure and oriental medieval style. You will also visit: Japanese Covered Bridge, The Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Old House.

Day 10HOI AN – FLY TO HANOI – CITY TOUR HALF DAY

Breakfast & check-out. Transfer to Danang airport for your morning flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our guide & driver will meet you then transfer to city center for lunch. Afternoon, you will enjoy half day city tour of Hanoi by visiting Ho Chi Minh complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside only), his house-on-stilts, the One-Pillar pagoda and and continue on to West Lake & Tran Quoc Pagoda regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi. Shopping time at Dong Xuan market to see
Hanoian daily lifestyle.

Day 11HANOI – HALONG BAY DAY O/N CRUISE

Breakfast & check-out. Today we will depart a 3.5 hour journey for Halong Bay 2D1N cruise trip.
Make a stop en route for some refreshment (around 15-20 minutes). On arrival in Halong Bay, This UNESCO World Heritage site boasts a wild beauty of clustered limestone islets and crescent beaches. Then board your deluxe junk, settle into your cabin and prepare your appetite for an enjoyable lunch
on deck. Settle on board your main boat to begin a 2 day/1 night cruise through the spectacular Ha Long Bay. Afterwards, take an exhilarating kayak trip through the lagoon, have a refreshing swim or simply relax on board and enjoy the sunset.

Day 12HALONG – HANOI – DEPARTURE

Wake up early and take a position on the upper deck to witness the sun rise over the bay, a cup of hot tea in hand. Early morning is truly a magical time on the bay as the limestone karsts appear all around you in different shapes, sizes and colours. Continue sailing through magnificent Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a brunch on board before arriving at Ha Long City Pier at noon where transportation will be waiting for and drive back to Hanoi airport for your onward flight home.
